Jet Kits & Carb Rebuild | Cam Install | Valve Adjustment | Stock Bore | Big Bore |
Chain Kits | Front and Rear Suspension | Oil Changes | Tires M&B | Other Work
Currently I can only work on bikes in the evening or weekends.
Here is what I am offering. I will install your components for you for a fee. You will need to either make arrangements to bring your bike to me or send me the items you would like modified.
I am now carrying or can get many of the parts you need to modify your bike so that I am more of a one stop shop.
The prices below are labor costs only and subject to change with out notice. Also most the prices below are for working on Bandits, other model bikes may vary in price.
Note: Oil can be included in parts cost.
When I do a jet kit, this is what is included. I will install the jet kit to base settings if I get the carbs off the bike. I will dial them in if I remove them from the bike. Either way will include setting the float levels, checking diaphragms and springs. I will also sync the carbs when done (if I do the whole job). If you send me the carbs, then it will be your responsibility to dial them in.

Carbs on the bike: $150.00

This will be a complete tear down and carburetor bank separation. Each carburetor will then be tore down and all metal parts will be soaked in a carburetor cleaner (approx. 20 min.), washed out thoroughly and the blown out with compressed air. Once it is completely dry, each carburetor will be reassembled and all necessary gaskets and parts will be replaced. And all settings set (float level and A/F screws).
If you bring me the bike, reassembly will include proper throttle cable adjustment and carb sync. Recommend doing a valve adjustment before doing this, unless it was done recently.
