How Ordering Will Be Handled

 

Since we are a small company, we regret that due to recent payments not going through, all orders must be paid in full before we order your requested parts. If you are a current customer in good standing , we may only request a 50% deposit, but your order must be paid in full before it will be sent too you. 

We do accept checks, but if you do send a check, the order will not be processed until the check has cleared. We also accept credit cards through PayPal at billj56@verizon.net. 

Also once a part is ordered, there are no refunds unless it is our error. If we do take a part back, that was not an error on the part of Bills Bikes N Service there is a 20% restock fee. 

We always strive to give you the best customer service possible and make every order correct. But, alias we are human to and do sometimes make mistakes. So if we do make a mistake, please allow us to do everything with in our power to make it right. 

The prices listed for the parts do not include taxes if you are in CA. or shipping costs.
